The narrative section is comprised of thirteen chapters covering a broad range of topics such as explaining the need for the plan, restoring computer services, team and departmental responsibilities, purchasing requirements, asset replacement, salvage operations, training, and a step-by-stop dater recovery scenario.

The schedule section (table formatted) includes thirty-four different schedules that provide all the supporting information for your company's Business Continuation Plan.

An appendix section contains: work station information, disaster prevention checklist, user department questionnaires, general and detailed instructions for completing supporting schedules, form letters, risk analysis, and computer crime assessment
