Business Impact Analysis
Business Impact Analysis is a process to identify and measure the impact of a disastrous incident on a company's ability to carry on their business. Properly completed, the analysis process should make department managers aware of the possibility and impact of a disastrous incident on their specific areas of responsibility. An analysis measures the impact of an incident on revenues, costs, legal exposures, and operational inefficiencies.
Vital Record Recovery
CPSI's program for vital records is a process that identifies, classifies, and documents non-computer records that are critical to a client's business. This program identifies the steps necessary for recovery of those lost records.
